Lincolnville to be featured in 2nd lecture in Series

January 28, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

David Nolan will give a talk on the Lincolnville Historic District in the second in the “Putting Down Roots” series.  The lecture will begin at 7 pm in the Flagler Room in Ponce Hall of Flagler College at 74 King Street.

Mr. Nolan is known for his work on researching properties in St. Augustine for the Florida Master Site Files, and books, Fifty Feet in Paradise, A Book Lovers Guide to Florida, and Houses of St Augustine.   As the founder of ACCORD (Anniversary to Commemorate the Civil Rights Demonstrations) in 2002, he is particularly familiar with Lincolnville and its Civil Rights history. The talk is free and open to the public. Seating is limited so come early.

Our special thanks to The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida for providing the grant money that has enabled the series to bring the historic importance of our neighborhoods to the public.
